Who and why we are looking for:

For every company there comes a moment when a clear understanding appears: the team needs systematic attention and a clear development path. We are looking for a person who will become the architect of our HR system and build processes almost "from scratch".

It is very important for us to find an expert who will experience Drozdov&Partners and ****based on his knowledge will build a working system just for us. He is a person who is not afraid to take responsibility, initiate changes and help managers and the team go through growth, adaptation and new challenges.

Criteria that we will rely on when considering candidates:

  • From 2 years of successful experience in HR, where your focus was creating processes from scratch or their transformation.
  • Understanding and practical implementation of modern approaches in HR processes.
  • Willingness to work part-time and the ability to build a roadmap for achievement goals.

It will definitely be an advantage:

  • Experience working with creative teams, architectural, design or cultural projects.
  • Knowledge of the English language.

  • Active search for specialists for the team (up to 5 positions per year).
  • Resume analysis, interviews, evaluation portfolio.
  • Building onboarding processes and supporting newcomers.

  • Formation of basic HR processes and internal rules of interaction.
  • Regular check-ins with the team (load, mood, needs, difficulties).
  • Support of managers in matters of communication, adaptation and development of junior employees.
