General information

BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Fund) - charitable an organization focusing its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), war victims, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of the protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. population and improving the resilience skills of first responders" aims to protect and support the rights of internally displaced persons, war-affected populations, stateless persons, as well as veterans and their families at the national, local and individual levels. In 2026, the Fund, as part of the project, will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons, stateless persons, veterans and their families in the regions of Ukraine.

The geography of activity includes Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions. The territory of implementation may change depending on the security situation and the needs of the project.

The main purpose of the work of the Registrar for cash assistance to stateless persons is to ensure the effective implementation of cash assistance programs for stateless persons (beneficiaries) of the project by organizing the process of payments, collecting and checking the necessary documents, as well as keeping proper records and documenting the assistance provided in accordance with the Fund's internal procedures.

Duties and tasks

The registrar for cash assistance to stateless persons is responsible for:

  • Information of beneficiaries within the scope of the project.
  • > text-decoration: none">Collection, verification and processing of documents necessary for the assignment of financial assistance.

  • Formation and preparation of document packages for making payments in accordance with the Fund's internal procedures.

  • Ensuring that stateless persons sign the necessary documents confirming receipt of financial aid.

  • Keeping records of the aid provided and preparing the relevant documentation regarding the payments made.

  • Preparation of statistical data and reporting on the implementation of cash assistance programs.

  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of working documentation in accordance with project requirements.

  • Interaction with other members of the project team to ensure the effective implementation of the goals of the direction. 

  • Adherence to the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data and ethical standards in working with beneficiaries.

  • If necessary, other tasks related to project implementation.

  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.

Professional requirements

  • Higher or incomplete higher education in economics, finance, social work, law or related areas.

  • Experience in humanitarian aid, social work or program administration would be an advantage.

  • Experience with documentation and record keeping will be an advantage.

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with documentation and a large amount of information.

  • Excellent command of the Ukrainian language, both orally and in writing.

  • High level of organization and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.

  • Having a driver's license and own car will be an advantage.

  • Readiness for business trips within the region.
