Regional manager of clinics (Cluster Operations Manager)

HairCheck is a network of medical clinics for the treatment and restoration of hair interface of healthcare, medical services and beauty-med. 9 clinics in Ukraine and Poland, 70+ employees, system operating model, own CRM and focus on stable commercial results. a leader who will be able to manage the cluster of clinics, ensure the implementation of plans, stable work of teams and build a transparent management system through processes, metrics and service standards.

What will need to be done

• manage the P&L of the cluster of clinics
• monitor the execution of the plan revenue
• optimize the funnel initial visit > course of treatment
• increase conversion, repeat visits and retention
• manage senior administrators and their teams
• implement uniform service standards
• ensure stable operational work of clinics
• work with CRM, analytics and reporting
• interact with marketing, call center, HR and finance

Geography: Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Vinnytsia (up to 15 people under supervision, visits to clinics once a month)

We are looking for a candidate with experience

• from 3 years of operational management of a clinic or network
• experience in medical or service businesses (cosmetology, dentistry, trichology, aesthetic medicine, clinics, network service)
• multi-site or management of several points
• working with P&L and commercial metrics
• funnel, conversion and repeat visit management
• experience in healthcare or service businesses
• responsibility for results and business metrics
• leadership through team, not manual control
• strong management and communication skills
• analytical mindset and working with in numbers
• empathy and service thinking

Conditions

• salary level - 120,000 - 160,000 UAH (rate + KPI)
• Work format: remote, if desired, you can work from the office in Kyiv.
• The work involves regular business trips to clinics (approximately once a month).
