REGIONAL MANAGER IN THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

We are waiting for a young proactive manager who seeks career development and financial growth and meets the following requirements:

• experience as a manager or regional manager in the field of real estate maintenance or construction;
• engineering or construction education (will be a plus); 
• understanding of the processes of maintenance of objects in the areas of: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, finishing works
• management skills, motivation and building a team of technical personnel;
• skills planning the work of the unit and the logistics of the technical staff;
• experience with 1C and other CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• monitoring and categorization of the technical tasks of the region;
• planning of assignments and logistics of technical staff in the region;
• ensuring the achievement planned indicators for the execution of tasks and the costs of their execution;
• technical and documentary support for the execution of tasks; 
• search and selection of technical personnel in the region.
