Manager of work with clients in the direction of support of technical projects in Brama-R, TOV

BRAMA-R LLC, www.bramar.ua, is a leading supplier of doors, gates, consumables and equipment for the food industry in Ukraine. In connection with the development of the company and the increase in the volume of work, we are looking for a specialist in working with clients in the direction of technical project support.

Responsibilities:

1. Full cycle of work with clients on individual projects and service:

• Accepting applications from clients, formulating requests;
• Technical and financial calculations, preparation of a commercial proposal for the project, preparation of accompanying technical documentation;
• Interaction with installers, contractors and suppliers, installation and commissioning of equipment according to the project;
• working with complaints, solving technical problems, consulting clients

2. Financial and documentary reporting on the project according to the company's requirements.

3. Interaction with other divisions of the company: accounting, warehouse.

Who we are looking for:

• Specialist with engineering education, experience in construction, installation, service projects;
• Ability to make calculations, read drawings;
• A confident user of the MS Office package;
• Ability to read and draw in the AutoCad program (preferred);

• Developed competence in the direction of negotiations and consultations with clients, the ability to present projects, find a compromise and negotiate;
• Responsibility in matters of financial reporting for projects.

• Availability of category B driver's license, driving experience of 2 years or more; 
5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri, no overtime.
• Later, a hybrid work schedule is possible.
