Vacancy at the Central Office of the ROSHEN Corporation in Kyiv - SE KK "ROSHEN". This role involves implementing the sales strategy in export markets, conducting key negotiations and ensuring the implementation of partnership agreements. Planned business trips to countries of presence.
Responsibilities:
- Development of sales strategy by countries of responsibility
- Responsibility for P&L
- Negotiations regarding the conditions of cooperation with partners in the markets of presence, development and implementation of annual conditions of cooperation with partners
- Control of timely and high-quality fulfillment by partners of their obligations under the concluded agreements
- Development of stages of presentation of commercial conditions of cooperation, ways achieving set goals
- Sales planning by month, quarter, year. Control of the implementation of set planned indicators
- Development of category development strategy in cooperation with the Marketing Department
- Development of arguments for the prompt introduction of novelties into assortment matrices
- Analysis of the impact of promotional offers on sales volumes, their effectiveness, as well as determining their fate in the overall volume of sales accountable partners
- Development of ideas and initiation based on market analysis of promotional projects, development of proposals for the mechanics of conducting and calculating the profitability of the promotion
- Coordination of interaction with the divisions of the Sales Department regarding the agreements reached (terms of contracts, range of categories, mechanics of conducting promo offers).
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years in the field of FMCG (beverages or food products) style="font-weight: 400">At least 2 years of active sales experience in the FMCG sector (beverages or food products) on export markets
- Experience of interaction with national retailers, distributors, wholesalers of export markets
- Experience of participating in annual negotiations on export markets markets
- Experience in areas related to sales will be an advantage (marketing, sales analytics, logistics, etc.)
- Ability to plan sales volumes
- Proven experience in attracting new partners (retailers, wholesalers)
- Experience in coordinating the work of a sales team of the company's representative offices at a distance will be an advantage
- English language Upper-Intermediate.
