Regional HR in Varus

The "Varus" company is looking for a responsible and energetic Regional HR Manager to work in the city of Odesa. We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel management.

Main duties:

• Recruitment for the Varus supermarket chain in the region
• Assessment of personnel needs and planning of recruiting activities
• Organization of integration of new employees
• Effective management of a team of personnel managers in different cities of the region
• Interaction with store managers to solve personnel issues

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel management at least 1 year
• Ability to work in a team and effectively organize your time
• High communication skills and ability to resolve conflict situations
• Desire to develop own skills in the field of personnel management
• Readiness for frequent business trips (the branch includes Zaporizhzhia and Odesa)
