What you will do:

- Actively seek, promote and recruit talented candidates for further consideration by recruiters 

- Interact with grouped sources of candidate search and involve them in recruitment processes

- Conduct candidate selection according to predefined criteria criteria

Maintain the candidate database and keep it up to date

Required experience:

- Experience in HR or of recruiting from 1 year

- Confident skills in working with social networks and other online resources to find candidates

- High level of communication and the ability to build long-term relationships with potential candidates
