• Recruitment, training and development of personnel, motivation of the team to achieve high results.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position from 3 years, preferably in the field of retail trade.
• High level of communication skills and negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve high results.
• Developed leadership skills, analytical thinking and the ability to adopt quickly decisions.
• Result orientation and the ability to work in a team.
• Readiness for business trips.
