Regional digital transformation communication specialist in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Foundation, within the framework of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program "Electronic governance for government accountability and community participation EGAP", announces a competition for the position of regional digital communication specialist transformation.

We invite to the friendly team of the regional component a person who will become the soul of the team, will deeply immerse himself in the content of the work, will travel a lot around the country in search of stars and success stories, will monitor the results of projects and write creative texts about it - important reports and cool posts for social networks.

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Employment:full-time, no part-time work available

Work format: offline

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of strategies for the promotion of digital tools in communities;
• consultative support of communities in order to improve the effectiveness of communications;
• preparation of cool messages for social networks;
• participation in creating videos, writing scripts and other texts;
• creation of template communication texts for communities;
• search and description of community digitization success stories;
• work with digitalization leaders in communities;
• performing other tasks within the scope of their competence at the request of management.

The duties and tasks listed herein are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

Required qualifications, experience, competencies:

• higher education not lower than the second level (master's or specialist);
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• ability to create interesting, easy-to-understand and concise texts about complex things;
• ability to understand complex processes before describing them;
• verified work experience in the fields of communications, copywriting, marketing, analytics or other related fields for at least 3 years;
• proficiency in English not lower than level B1 (intermediate).

• ability and desire to work in a team;
• ability to work with information and the ability to systematize it;
• attention to detail;
• high level of digital readiness (use of electronic services and digital solutions in everyday life);
• analytical mindset and the ability to find non-standard solutions;
• high level of self-organization;
• high level of communication skills and stress resistance;
• ability to work effectively in multitasking mode, adapt to changes;
• moderation and diligence in performing tasks;
• readiness for frequent business trips.

The application for participation in the competition must contain (separate files in .pdf format):

• summary in Ukrainian;
• motivational letter in English and Ukrainian languages. We ask, in particular, to describe two personal achievements of which the candidate is most proud, to provide 2-3 examples of creative texts of their own authorship (in separate pdf files or links) and also to indicate the expected salary level.
