The Voices of the Children charity fund is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in the east of Ukraine.

Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions so that the voice of the children was heard, to support their resilience in the conditions of war.

The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become effective, sustainable and a recognized institution in the field of supporting children.

In August 2023, theVoices of Children fund "in partnership with the international organization Plan International started work within the framework of the Relief to Protect (R2P) project - "Project on improving protection mechanisms and "Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families in Ukraine" (Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families in Ukraine), financed by the German Foreign Ministry (GFFO) .

For this purpose, the fund announces the procurement of the services of the "Regional Coordinator". The project will be implemented in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kharkiv regions.

Requirements:

• specialist / master's degree in the field of management, psychology, health care, social work or a related field;
• experience in a managerial position in the public or public sector in the region will be an advantage;
• experience working with grant projects for development or humanitarian aid will be advantage;
• leadership qualities and teamwork skills;
• ability to work in complex conditions and with various stakeholders;
• problem solving and consensus-building skills;< /li>
• ability to travel within the region when security allows;
• desirable possession of in English;
• responsibility;
• ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for the implementation of projects on the ground in the specified region in accordance with the organization's strategic development plan;
• readiness for cooperation and communication with regional authorities, partners and other public organizations;< /li>
• on-site needs assessment and project development support;
• coordination of further implementation of regional parts of the project, which will include such components such as: the humanitarian aspect of assistance on the ground according to the needs and coordination with the humanitarian and address support department; coordination with the psychological and psychosocial teamson-site support that works through different modalities, such as mobile teams, cells, consultations, etc.; coordination of educational activities for teachers, parents, etc.; other potential projects on the ground in cooperation with other partners;
• documentary support, coordination with other departments of the fund of work processes;
• readiness to coordinate the implementation of projects on the ground;
• timely reporting;
• coordination and support of field teams;
• constant interaction with department heads to improve the effectiveness of field program implementation.

Skills and Skills:

• knowledge of the problems of your region, understanding of partners and processes on the ground;
• experience in project documentation;
• ability to organize a team;
