MAIN TASKS

• Coordination of the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, children, victims of hostilities and armed conflicts, and other vulnerable categories of the population
< li style="font-weight: 400">Control of the state of implementation and management of project activities (CCCM, Protection, Shelter, Education, Water)
• Coordination of interaction of project activity participants (social workers, psychologists, support staff, etc.)
• Organization and control of work processes
• Work control regional office
• Timely reporting, compliance with deadlines
• Organization of systemic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and by public organizations in order to consolidate efforts
• Performance of other duties if necessary
• Strict observance of humanitarian principles and standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues
• Experience in data management and project documentation
• Ability to organize a team
• Free command of Ukrainian and English
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities
• The ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
