Regional coordinator in SpivDiya

SpivDiya is a charitable foundation that unites the efforts of volunteers, business, international donors and the state to help those who needs it. The fund works on the basis of a partner network — Spivdiya Hubiv — of youth centers and active public organizations in the regions of Ukraine.

In addition to charitable assistance, the organization offers free social services: Cooperation for Children, Cooperation Career, Psychological and Legal Services, Cooperation Health, etc. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Foundation has assisted more than 2 million beneficiaries.

SpivDiya implements the direction of work of SpivDiya Zdrovya. It includes work in the project to implement the "Home Visiting" model. 

If you have experience project management, know how to establish effective teamwork, form a network of partners on the ground and strive to improve the provision of medical services in the state - this role is for you. 

What should be done?

• Support and monitor "Home Visiting" models;

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">organize trainings for nurses and managers of local health care facilities;

• form and provide all reports on the work carried out in the region;

• monitor KPI performance by nurses during home visits;

• form and develop partnerships in the region;

• communicate with the heads of health care institutions;

• contribute to the coverage of the project in local media.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education (Bachelor's level and above) in the field of management, social work, psychology, health care, etc.;

• has at least 3 years of experience as a coordinator/manager, it will be an advantage to coordinate projects in the medical and social spheres;

• is able to work in a team and establish partnerships on the ground;

• Responsible and stress-resistant;

• can establish communication and cooperation within the team;

• has strategic thinking, knows how to see prospects and realize them;

• ready for business trips around Ukraine.
