If you are interested:

• management of a team of project managers who perform:
       - project planning;
       - selection of project management methodologies;
       - work with risks of the project;
  - backlog management; 
       -  project budget planning;
       -  project monitoring and control;
       -  presentation of results to the customer;

• adaptation of new employees, team motivation, providing feedback to employees;

• continuous improvement of the professional level of employees;

• standardization and description of internal processes;

• approval of Roadmaps and project budgets;

• approval of project expenditures;

• monitoring and control of the project portfolio in parts:
        - identification of risks and implementation of corrective actions to minimize          risks and deviations ;
        - implementation of project indicators and their compliance with the program strategies of the organization;
  - observance of costs within the project budget, supervision of financial discipline;

• control over the proper maintenance of the project register, ensuring the relevance of information on all active projects and contracts;

• project portfolio control and coordination;

• development of the project office.
  
  

You are "our person" if you have:

• professional experience in project management (from 2 years), including various project management methods (Scrum, Agile, Lean, Kanban);

• professional experience in team management (from the 1st year);

• professional use of project management services;

• ability to motivate people;

• understanding of the software development process (SDLC).

• emotional stability, honesty, high level of culture;

• practical experience of implementation and migration of complex systems (ABS, ERP, CRM).
