Your main tasks:
• Development and implementation of recruitment strategies: 

Creation and implementation of effective methods and processes for mass recruitment, ensuring timely filling of vacancies.
• Managing a team of recruiters: 

Leading, motivating and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring their high productivity and professional growth.
• Analysis and reporting: 

Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), preparation of reports and proposals for process optimization.
• Working with HR technologies: 

Implementation and use of modern HR technologies and tools to improve selection efficiency.
• Compliance with quality standards: 

Ensuring that all processes comply with quality standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:
Work experience: 

At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, of which at least 1 years in management positions.
Education: 

University degree in human resources management, psychology or related disciplines.
Skills: 

Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to make decisions and multi-task.
Market Knowledge: 

Deep understanding of the labor market and trends in mass recruitment.
Technical Skills: 

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HR tools.
Personal qualities: 

Proactivity, result orientation, ability to work in a team.

Full time with the possibility of a flexible schedule. You can work both in the office and remotely several days a week. Work schedule: 9 a.m. -5 p.m., Monday to Friday
