Email Marketer ( CRM Manager ) in People for people

We are seeking a talented Email Marketer to join our dynamic team, where creativity and interaction with diverse individuals from around the world are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and set up email campaigns using customer.io.
• Create and analyze retention strategies (basic level).
• Configure bonuses in the admin panel.
• Develop communication strategies and manage email campaigns.
• Enhance and enrich CRM database usage and effectiveness.
• Monitor key direct marketing metrics, such as unsubscribes and spam reports.

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to achieve objectives.

   

Required Experience:

• Experience with customer.io and symplify.com or (sendgrid, eSputnik, Google Suite, Fasttrack, Optimove) is an advantage.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.
• Experience in marketing is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with email marketing and push notification services is an advantage.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience in the gambling and betting industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Initiative, goal-oriented, and attention to detail.
