Today you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and life values, because we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist.
What will you be? engage:
- You will independently lead the full cycle of closing vacancies of various levels of complexity (from specialists to managers) in various functional areas: IT, sales, marketing, finance, etc.;
- Full support of candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process: from the vacancy briefing to acceptance of the offer and the candidate's departure for work;
- You will take part in improvement and optimization of recruitment processes, implementation of new tools and approaches to personnel selection;
- You will build and maintain effective long-term interaction with candidates, hiring managers and other participants in the hiring process;
- You will participate in the implementation of initiatives for the development of the employer brand (employer brand) and talent attraction;
- You will conduct recruitment reports, analysis of key selection indicators and preparation of regular reports on the status of vacancies and the results of recruitment activities.
From you we expect:
- Higher education;
- English at a level not lower than B1 high (conversational level);
- Experience of 1-2 years. Experience working with IT vacancies will be an advantage;
- Experience in managing the full cycle of recruitment (from the vacancy briefing to the candidate's exit to the job);
- Skills in finding candidates through various channels (job sites, social networks, professional communities, recommendations, etc.);
- Experience in effective interaction with hiring managers and building partner working relationships.
For you expect:
- Official employment, which includes: 24 days of annual vacation and paid sick leave;
- Work schedule from Mon. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., of course, with a reset hour;
- Attendance of specialized events and training;
- No need to issue an official sick leave for the first three days of illness, if you feel that you will soon be 100% ready to start work;
