Billing Operations Excellence Specialist - TENTENS Tech in SKELAR

We are looking for a Billing Operations Excellence Specialist - an operational role in the payments area with a focus on billing, payment infrastructure, fraud and chargebacks.

This is not classic customer support.
The role combines operations, analytics and work with payment incidents, with the ability to initiate changes, start automation and participate in the construction of processes that directly affect business results

Main responsibilities:

— Monitoring of payment infrastructure and key metrics;
— Work with payment incidents—failed payments, refunds, disputes/chargebacks;
—Implementation of automation (including AI / tooling / no-code);
—Ownership: initiate and independently implement process improvements;
—Investigation of complex payment cases (unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, suspicious transactions, root cause search);
—Communication with users regarding payment issues (refund requests, disputes, unauthorized payments) through ticket-based systems;
— Work with fraud cases and analysis of fraud patterns;
— Work with SLA, escalations and prioritization incidents;
— Interaction with stakeholders (product, tech, finance);
— Exchange of expertise and impact on team development.

Expectations from the candidate:

— Experience in payments/billing/fintech/operations;
— Practical experience — failed payments, refunds, disputes, understanding chargeback lifecycle, basic understanding of fraud patterns;
— Experience or strong interest in automating processes;
— High level of ownership and responsibility;
— Experience working with ticket-based systems (Zendesk or counterparts);
— Ability to work with SLAs and escalations;
—Analytical approach to problem investigation;
— English —  B1+.

Work format and schedule:

— Remote work by default;
— Billing agent schedule —18–19 shifts per month
Shifts:
Morning: 07:00–15:00
Day: 15:00–23:00
Evening: 19:00–03:00
— Evening/night shifts are mainly — operations, monitoring, work with incidents (not non-stop calls)KPIs and ownership;
— Remote work, compensation review, bonuses;
— Medical insurance, vacations.
