Recruitment specialist in LPP Ukraine

LPP is an internationalPolish company that has been successfully working in the field of fashion and retail. Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. 

Currently, we have already opened more than 200 stores and two offices in Kyiv and Lviv. We are implementing ambitious plans for the development of our company and actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine.

About the team:< /p>

Our HR team consists of 13 superprofessionals, including 4 recruiters. We are actively expanding and are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team to jointly create the best opportunities for the development of LPP Ukraine.

So, the main tasks of the position:

• Full recruitment cycle for office vacancies and store management vacancies (new openings only);
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and providing feedback;
• Conducting analytics of recruiting processes and preparing reports;
• Participation in the company's HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes;
• Interaction with internal customers and formation of job profiles;
• Working with various sources of candidate search and participation in the development of the employer's brand;
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative methods of talent attraction.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• English at the level of "can speak, can understand" (B1) 
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel ) and Canva.
