LPP is an internationalPolish company that has been successfully operating in the field of fashion and retail for over 30 years.Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. 

Currently, we have already opened more than 200 stores and two offices in Kyiv and Lviv. We are implementing ambitious plans for the development of our company and actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for a Recruitment specialist

About the team:

Our HR team is already 13 superprofessionals, including 4 recruiters. We are actively expanding and are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team to create the best opportunities for the development of LPP Ukraine together.

• Full cycle of recruiting office vacancies and store manager vacancies (only new openings);
• Conducting interviews , evaluating candidates and providing feedback;
• Conducting analytics of recruiting processes and preparing reports;
• Participation in the company's HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes;
• li>Interaction with internal customers and the formation of job profiles;
• Working with various sources of candidate search and participation in the development of the employer brand;
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative methods of talent attraction.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• English at the level of "can speak, can understand" (B1) 
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel ) and Canva.
