Recruitment Operations Specialist in ZONE3000

We are looking for Operations Specialist, who will be part of our professional recruiting team. This role involves creating new recruitment procedures, updating existing ones, and effectively interacting with stakeholders. You will translate requirements into the language of processes, translating them into clear instructions. If you have experience in content writing, technical writing, know how to use artificial intelligence in your work, love accuracy and speed - this role is for you!

Your experience:

• English language: Intermediate level or higher (oral and written).

• < p>Sufficient knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze details, decompose complex processes and "extract" important information from requirements to create clear procedures.

• Ability to work with information: validate data, check its correctness, find errors and suggest improvements.

• Understanding Cause and Effect Relationships and the ability to take them into account in the work process.

• Accuracy and attention to detail: high quality of tasks, honesty.

• Flexibility and endurance: ability to adapt to routine tasks without losing quality.

• Communication skills: the ability to ask the right questions, work with stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team.

• Experience in content writing or technical writing would be an advantage.
  

• Knowledge of AI-based tools will be a plus.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience withConfluence.

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau.

• Experience withATS-systems.

• Education in the field of economics, finance or analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Development, updating and implementation of recruiting procedures.

• Collecting requirements from stakeholders and adapting them to understandable processes.

• Close cooperation with Recruitment Director and Recruitment Team.

• Using databases and BI tools: entering, validating and visualizing data.

• Support for statistical analysis evaluating the effectiveness of the recruiting team.

• Execution of other tasks that arise within the department's activities.
