The recruitment team is our growth engine so it's given a lot of support. We religiously use an ATS to help our process and the team proactively helps each other out. Our recruiters connect to hundreds of candidates a month for different outsourced jobs in digital marketing, virtual assistance, customer service, technology, and sales.Process the sourcing and hiring of candidates that fit the job requirementsGet a clear commitment from candidates about working for our clientsFollow all Bruntwork processes regarding hiring and recruitment workflowMeet deadline and number of hires per monthRequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in Recruitment or HR related preferably in a supervisory role if HR.
