We are recognized for our advanced engineering and construction techniques, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and augmented reality.What We Offer:Experience in a high-tech industry within an international companyEngaging positions on unique, cutting-edge data center projectsComprehensive training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive management and a dream teamOpportunity to build your careerCompetitive payments tied to USDTransparent payment systemRemote workWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 2 p.m.-10 p.m. or 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. EEST Ukraine timeEquipment for work (Starlink terminal, Ecoflow power station)Responsibilities:Source and recruit candidates, including passive candidates for major projects in the United StatesConfer with management to identify recruiting needsDevelop, update, and post job openings on appropriate platforms and job sitesScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to evaluate if they meet position requirementsPerform phone screenings and preliminary interviewsFollow up with candidates during the recruitment processSelect the best candidates and assist the HR Manager in conducting video interviews and sorting through applicantsDraft communication materials, such as emails, messages to candidates, and offer and rejection lettersEvaluate which sources bring the best candidatesAssist the HR Manager in various HR dutiesProvide reports to the HR Manager on a daily basis for completed or in-progress tasksRequirements:Excellent (C1) written and verbal English skillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of different candidate search methods and toolsAbility to scan large volumes of resumesExperience conducting various types of interviewsRecruiting experience in the US/Canada is an assetExperience with HR tools such as ATS is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Proficiency in using LinkedIn to search for candidatesStrong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills with the ability to multi-taskStress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentResponsible and trustworthy with confidential informationAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsJoin Us!Our commitment to innovation drives us to deliver superior services to our clients using advanced tools and software.
