- Posting vacancies on job sites, analyzing resumes and processing reviews.< /li>
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to assess experience and competencies.
- Work closely with department heads to determine staffing needs and requirements to candidates.
- Organization of feedback to candidates (successful and rejected)
- Conducting onboarding and adaptation of personnel.
- Conducting 1:1 meetings.

- Work experience from 1 year in a similar position.
- Developed communication skills for effective communication with candidates and the team.
