Recruiter's assistant in Bisseti

What we are we expect from you:

• Experience in the position of arecruiter production/industrial positions from 6 months
• Experience in mass recruiting, cold calling
• Ability to use various resources to search for candidates;
• Communication, work skills with objections;
• Result orientation;

What will be included in Your duties:

• Posting vacancies on job sites, direct search for candidates, written screening
• Monitoring of salaries on the market;
• Maintenance of CRM system and reporting.

?As a plus -?experience in a relevant field or in industrial production companies.
