Recruitment manager (project-based, remote) in Yunipost Fulfilment

Warehouse service "Unipost Fulfillment" is looking for a line personnel recruitment manager to work on a project basis. 

We offer cooperation with payment for each closed vacancy.

Main duties:

- Active search and selection of candidates for the positions of warehouse personnel (packers, loaders, pickers) and junior managers (foremen, senior shift workers). cooperation with us.

- Evaluation and selection of candidates, conducting interviews.

- Coordination with the project management regarding the closing of open vacancies.

Requirements for the candidate :

- Experience in mass recruitment of line personnel and/or junior management.

- Ability to work with large volumes of vacancies and close positions quickly.- Excellent communication skills, ability work for results.

- The ability to independently organize your work process.

- Active involvement in the project and closing vacancies in a short period of time.

Conditions:

- Project cooperation (remote).

- Payment for each successfully closed vacancy.

- Warehouse location: p. Petropavlivske, Boryspil district, Kyiv region.
