Main tasks:
As a recruiter you you will be part of the team in your home country office and ensure that set targets and KPIs are achieved on time and within deadlines. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that a sufficient number of suitable candidates are selected for our clients within the established requirements. You recruit candidates daily through your nl-jobs network, social networks and other channels. You are constantly looking for new ways to recruit and select more suitable candidates and how to optimize our candidate journey. In addition, you communicate with other recruitment colleagues from different countries on a daily basis. Finally, you report all results to the responsible recruitment manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Daily recruitment of the best candidates for various clients in in the Netherlands;
• Daily communication with Recruiting Manager, Account Managers, Recruiting Coordinators from overseas offices and other internal departments;
• Actively searches for candidates via social media , job sites and other channels;• Process registrations (via website, email, Facebook and any other channels) of candidates;
• Communicate with candidates who visit the office and are looking for work or by phone /e-mail, etc.;
• Conduct selection interviews with potential candidates;
• Place orders by name (through the customer);
• Process temporary workers , who worked for us before and want to return to work at NL Jobs;
• Entering candidate profile data, necessary for processing the personal file of a temporary employee;
• Calling for references from other agencies with employment;
• You are aware of all the wishes and requirements of the customer regarding temporary employees and, if necessary, look for this information in advance;
• Contribute to the improvement of the entire recruitment process;
• Annual meeting in the Netherlands requires presence for one year;
• Conduct performance review with recruiters in your country;
• Think through the company's recruitment strategy;• Organize external presentations for potential candidates;
Job requirements:
• Higher education;
• Work experience in the field of recruiting and work with labor migrants are a plus;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Not a nine-to-five mentality, flexible working hours;
p>• Team player mentality;
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook;
• Knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn);
• Knowledge of workplaces;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A people person who can quickly assess the reliability of a temporary worker and whether there is a match between the client and the candidate;
• Entrepreneurial (thinking in categories of opportunities, possibilities and creative solutions);
• Able to work well under pressure, stress and under deadlines;
• Motivation and desire to achieve annual KPIs;< /p>
• Multitasking and problem-solving thinker;
• Flexible ability to travel to the Netherlands once a year;
• Availability invalid license of category B is a plus;
• Knowledge of the Hungarian language is a plus;
