Main tasks

• Determination of personnel needs together with the Head of the department
• Compilation and publication of attractive vacancies
• Search for candidates through job portals, social networks, professional communities and recommendations
• Initial screening of resumes and conducting interviews
• Organization of interviews and support of candidates at all stages selection
• Maintenance of candidate database (ATS)
• Formation of job offer and participation in negotiations
• Support of adaptation of new employees in the first days of work
• Analysis of the effectiveness of search channels and implementation of new recruiting tools

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 3 years
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks)
• Experience of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Understanding HR processes and the labor market
• Ability to manage several vacancies at the same time
• Communication, empathy and the ability to find common language with different people
• Organization, attention to details, mastery of time management
• High culture of communication and emotional intelligence
• Desire to develop and achieve ambitious goals
