Avezor is a modern international real estate agency that is actively developing and scaling the team. Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for an HR specialist / recruiter, whose main task will be to find and attract real estate agents.

Main duties:

• Active search for real estate agents;

  Primary selection of candidates, conducting telephone/online interviews;

• Organization and coordination of interviews with department heads; font-style: text-decoration: none">Participation in the development of HR processes company.

Our expectations:

• Experience as a recruiter or HR specialist (real estate experience will be an advantage);

• Understanding the specifics of selecting sales agents;

• Ability to work with a large stream of candidates;

• Experience of working with specialized recruitment sites, social networks.
