On 3rd style="font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> month 5 open positions. Expand the candidate base for various types of vacancies. Optimize the process of searching and selecting candidates. Establish effective work with job portals and other search sources.
On month 5 -7 vacancies per month. Propose and implement new methods of searching and attracting candidates, especially for regional search. Participate in the adaptation and onboarding of new employees.
Based on the goals, there will be the following TASKS:
Selection of personnel for work specialties (operators, locksmiths, security guards, etc.);
Conducting interviews and initial selection of candidates;
Maintenance of the candidate database;
Posting vacancies on job portals;
Searching for new sources of attracting candidates;
Collection of references and screening of candidates;
Participation in the processes of adaptation of new employees.
