We are looking for a Recruitment expert!

What should be done?

• Search for candidates; 
• work with job-sites, social networks, educational institutions, job fairs;
• conduct telephone interviews, initial interviews, organize interviews with job applicants;
• communicate with internal customers;
• keep records and reports of job vacancies;
• participate in candidate assessment activities;
• participate in other HR projects of the department.
