Executive Director (metalworking services) in Consult Business Partner

We are looking for an Executive Director of a manufacturing company specializing in metalworking services (cutting, welding, painting, turning and milling).

The company is part of the Military-Tech group.

Key mission: Turn existing production into a profitable asset. This requires the maximum optimization of the use of available capacities and the provision of profitable scaling of the business.

We are looking for a strategist who is ready to take full responsibility for these transformations, working directly in production.

Team: 50-60 people. Subordination: CEO of a group of companies.

 Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Development and implementation of a strategy focused on improving efficiency and financial growth.
• Operational Optimization: Critical analysis and adjustment of all internal processes (production, supply, quality) for maximum productivity and cost reduction.
• Participation in key customer acquisition: Personal involvement in negotiations with strategic customers to discuss technical capabilities, deadlines and ensure the highest level of confidence in the production expertise.

• Expansion of the range of services: Analysis of market needs and initiation of development of new metalworking services based on existing or planned production facilities. Cooperation with the commercial department for the formation of economically justified commercial offers and pricing.

• Financial Control: Financial management (P&L, budgeting), ensuring the profitability of the enterprise.
• Technical Supervision: Control over the condition of the infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation and repair of existing equipment.
• Team and Discipline: Management and development of a team (50-60 people), increasing production discipline and culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership position in a manufacturing company (30 or more people).
• Specialization: Hands-on experience in the metalworking industry or related industries.
• Commercial orientation: A clear understanding of how production efficiency affects commercial success and experience interacting with key by clients.
• Real Changes: Successful experience in system optimization of processes and working with existing capacities.
• Financial literacy(P&L), leadership, high decisionparticipation and stability.
• Willingness to work in conditions that require active intervention in production work processes.
