Your tasks
- Verifying applications and registering of candidates into the CRM system
- Creating and editing of candidates' CVs into Sii format
- Updating information about candidates in the database
- Creating and publishing job offers
- Cooperating closely with recruitment teams
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Good organization of own work and ability to set priorities
- Willingness to learn how to work on modern recruitment tools such as CRM Online
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in administration, HR, or recruitment support will be an advantage
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to come to Lublin as part of the introduction to duties and to travel to Lublin once a quarter
- Fluent Ukrainian and residing in Ukraine required
