ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us hire Owner Operators who have their own Sprinter vans. This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, offering excellent career prospects.

As a Recruiter, your main responsibilities will include proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified applicants across the United States. The ideal candidate should be capable of establishing strong relationships with Owner Operators, ensuring their positive experience and exceptional performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years of working with English 
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) and more. Spanish is B1.  Native Speakers are welcome.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong orientation towards achieving results.

WORK DUTIES:

• Actively seek out Owner Operators through diverse channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen potential candidates by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and completing background checks.
• Thoroughly review paperwork for company standards and input new hires' details accurately into the CRM system.
• Ensure ongoing communication with hired individuals to monitor their satisfaction with the company.
• Produce consistent weekly and monthly reports showcasing work outcomes.
