We invite the cooperation of an experienced recruiter with the skills of a personnel manager, who will be able to effectively manage all aspects of the hiring process, as well as participate in personnel management processes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, decision-making and teamwork skills.

Main duties:

Recruiting:

• Search and attraction of qualified candidates through various search channels, creation of personnel reserve.
• Conducting initial interviews, assessing professional qualities and candidates' compliance with company requirements.
• Cooperation with department heads to determine the needs of new employees.

Personnel management:

• Process organization adaptation of new employees.
• Participation in maintaining personnel documentation.
• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal rules of the company.
• Support and development of corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Higher education in personnel management, psychology or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and personnel management.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, representative qualities.
