The National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War is a flagship in the national museum business. We were one of the first to start collecting, assembling and museumizing materials from the modern Russian-Ukrainian war, the first to organize expeditions to collect artifacts and evidence to de-occupied territories, present exhibition projects in Ukraine and abroad based on unique exhibits.

Responsibilities:

• Professional photography of museum exhibits, artifacts, art objects and other objects;
• Processing and retouching of photos accordingly to museum requirements;
• Preparation of images for catalogs, exhibitions, website and promotional materials;
• Collaboration with scientists, curators and other museum staff to ensure accuracy and quality of images;
• Maintaining the museum's photo archive, ensuring the organization and preservation of digital images.

Requirements:

• Experience in subject photography (experience in shooting museum exhibits or artifacts will be an advantage);
• Confident command of photography equipment (cameras, lighting equipment);
• Skills in working with graphic editors (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.);
• Attention to details, aesthetic vision and responsible attitude to work;
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
