We are looking for a Talent Manager who will be a key driver in forming a team of engineers, researchers, managers and developers - people who create critical solutions.
You will be responsible for building a system, a predictable and fast process of attracting the best specialists on the market. The work involves deep interaction with technical managers, engineers, heads of departments and top management.
You will become the one who connects people and the mission, who builds processes that allow the company to scale quickly without losing quality and selection standards.
Main tasks:
- Full recruiting cycle from communication with the hiring manager to the offer to the candidate
- Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
- Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates
- Coordinating interaction with candidates and company departments
- Supporting and improving the recruiting and candidate selection system
- Management of CRM, daily reports and presentations at daily meetings
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in recruiting or completed courses
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work under stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
- Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be a big plus
