Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of lead generation and advertising campaigns to attract staff.
• Search and selection of candidates for work in restaurants and office.
• Conducting interviews with candidates, organizing professional interviews with managers.
• Analysis of personnel needs and regular interaction with managers to update them.
• Cooperation with recruiting agencies, educational institutions, etc.
• Maintenance of databases.
• Preparation of reports and analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting processes.

• Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of recruiting.
