Conditions: five-day work schedule (Monday-Friday), necessary software.
Responsibilities:
- Searches for personnel according to the applications of department heads;
- conducts work with applicants for vacant positions: questionnaires, initial interviews;
- resume analysis, collection of feedback from previous workplaces (as needed);
- forwarding documents of applicants for vacant positions to the security service for verification;
- use of Internet resources for posting vacancies; communication with the employment center for personnel selection;
- analyzes the labor market situation;
- makes analytical reports on the levels and pay systems of similar positions in similar companies;
- maintaining a database of persons on internship;
- carrying out adaptation measures for new employees;
- organizing the qualification exam at the end of the internship, conducting and signing the internship letter;
- carries out separate official assignments of his immediate supervisor.
