Main responsibilities:

• Selection candidates and vacancies: independent search for ideal matches between qualified candidates and open vacancies in our database.
• Working with candidates: assessment of their skills and preferences to ensure maximum matching positions.
• Working with vacancies: understanding the conditions and requirements of each open position for accurate selection of candidates.
• Interaction with the team: ensuring effective information exchange and cooperation with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Ability to quickly navigate information about vacancies and candidates.
• High communication skills, ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Experience in recruiting or headhunting will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and orientation to results.
