We are looking for a candidate for the position of "CEO" who can develop and scale the project to the level of a full-fledged business.

We consider cooperation both on a project basis and on a full-time basis.

Main goals and objectives:

 • Development and approval of the business development strategy (from the owner's goals to the creation of a "project roadmap").

 • Analysis of the market and competitive environment, development of measures to increase competitiveness.

 • Implementation of the project's business plan and marketing strategy.

 • Budgeting and control of plan implementation.

• Operational business management, coordination of offline and online teams (logistics, warehouse, customer service).

 • Expanding the range and introducing new product categories in accordance with market trends.

 • Automation of business processes (CRM, analytics, warehouse programs, ERP systems, etc.).

 • Management of the online direction (website, online store, social networks):

 • Analysis of sales, customer behavior and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

 • Management of the offline direction (opening of sales points, optimization of processes, scaling).

Your experience will be interesting if you:

 • You have experience in starting an online business "from scratch" and scaling it.

 • You have expertise in the field of online sales development and optimization (from 3 years).

 • Know how to analyze data and work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
