Your responsibilities:

• Placement vacancies, interviews, selection of candidates;
• Organization and implementation of induction and adaptation training for new employees;
• Development and implementation of a staff motivation system;
• Counseling of employees in issues of the internal regulations of the company

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position (willing to consider a candidate without experience).< /li>
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
• Confident PC user (MS Office).
