Main responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle: from creating vacancies to onboarding new employees.
• Active search for candidates through social networks, professional platforms and databases data.
• Conducting online interviews , assessment of candidates' competencies and cultural compatibility.
• Maintaining a database of candidates and maintaining contact with potential employees.
• Cooperation with department heads to understand the needs and specifics of vacancies.
  

What is important to us:

• Experience as a recruiter in the field of marketing or digital (will be a big plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to quickly find contact with people and evaluate their professional qualities.
• Desire to improve your skills and introduce new ideas into recruiting processes.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, literacy in communication.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
