Expert in recruiting and staff training in Nadiya i dim dlya ditey

An expert is engaged to recruit and organize the selection of specialists and specialists to provide services for children and families in the "Center for Social Support of Children and Families", and to prepare recommendations for the training of selected specialists, based on the Center's main tasks.  

Main tasks:

• preparation of a plan of personnel recruiting activities; 
• preparation and distribution of information about the search for personnel;
• preparation and conduct of interviews (interviewing) taking into account the specifics of the Center as a complex of family-oriented services for children and families of the Volyn region;
• selection of specialists and specialists to provide services at the Center;
• preparation of recommendations for further appointment and training applicants

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: A university degree in human resource management (HRM), psychology, sociology or social work would be an advantage, but we are willing to consider candidates with other university degrees who have relevant experience.
