Recruiter with knowledge of the Greek language, part-time, remote in 1CallCenter

During this time, we have grown into a team that works with the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Today, we cooperate with 17+ countries in Europe, and our specialists work in 50+ countries around the world. We continue to open new markets and expand teams.

Now we are developing the Greek direction and are looking for a recruiter who enjoys communication, knows how to approach people and wants to see the results of his work.

Your tasks will be:

• find candidates through different channels (and not stop at standard methods);

• conduct online interviews in Greek;

• evaluate candidates and recommend the best;

• accompany candidates until the moment they start work;

• work with the candidate base and keep the process in order.

What we expect from you:

• Greek level B2+;

• experience in recruiting from 1 year;

• understanding where and how to look for candidates (job platforms, social networks, recommendations);

• confident command of a PC and basic programs (Google Docs, Excel, messengers, etc.);

• literate oral and written communication;

• responsibility and the ability to bring tasks to a result.
