What should be done?

• Search and selection of candidates for the positions of drivers in the USA.

• Conducting an interview.

• Rpackage with documents for registration of drivers in the company.

• Communication with drivers during their work in the company.

• Working with CRM (ATS) to organize the recruiting process.

What do we expect?

Englishat Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Developed negotiation skills and ability to achieve results.

• Ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions.

• CRM (ATS) experience.

• The desire to learn and develop.

• Willing to consider without experience. 

• Experience in customer support or sales will be a plus.
