Today our customer, an American logistics company, is looking for a Recruiter to work with candidates for driver positions in the USA. If you are energetic, goal-oriented and love communication, we are waiting for you!

• Schedule from 15:00 to 00:00 (Monday-Friday). There is no remote for this position - we want to see you in person, but for your convenience a remote format is provided in the evening.

  What needs to be done?
• Search and selection of candidates for driver positions in the USA.
• Conducting interviews.
• Working with documents for registration of drivers in the company.
• Communicating with drivers during their work in the company.
• Working with CRM (ATS) for organization of the recruiting process.

What do we expect?

• English languageat Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Developed skills negotiation and the ability to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions.
• CRM (ATS) experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop. Willing to consider without experience. Experience in customer support or sales will be a plus.
