Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment process (searching and selecting candidates for driver vacancies).
• Processing paperwork: Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements.
• Interviewing candidates and explaining external industry regulations.
• Maintaining the CRM system.
• Handling complaints and grievances properly.
• Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.

Requirements:

• English — Upper-intermediate - Advanced.  
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
• Proficient time management skills.
• A desire to learn new information and grow alongside the company.
• Experience in customer support will be a plus.
