We are currently looking for a person who will focus on one of the key areas - managing the recruitment and adaptation of new employees.

• Mass search, selection and hiring of candidates;

• Negotiations with candidates and their further support at the hiring stage;
• Collaboration with management and other company departments to determine the needs of freelancers/full-time employees and develop a recruitment strategy;
