• Knows how to work with databases and use recruiting platforms;
• Knows hiring techniques and posting ads.

• Conducting interviews with the evaluation of candidates;
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel;
• Collaboration with department heads to clarify the requirements and needs of new employees.
• Manage the candidate database and ensure the relevance of information;
• High level of organization and ability to work in dynamic conditions.
